Her deep expertise in People and Culture spans multiple industries, including the public sector, telecommunications, charity, retail, and most recently, technology. Heather's comprehensive background includes key areas such as recruitment, employment relations, change management, leadership development, reward and recognition, and policy and project management.

In addition to her People & Culture leadership, Heather also oversees RUSH's Managed Services function. Drawing on her extensive project management experience, Heather ensures RUSH delivers reliable and secure operations while maintaining a strong focus on people, both internally and externally. By applying her knowledge of team dynamics, leadership, and process improvement, she supports the Managed Services team in building trusted client relationships, driving service excellence, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
