The inaugural Kate Parsons Impact Award

This year we introduced a new highly esteemed award to RUSH’s celebrations, the Kate Parsons Impact Award, in honour of our former CFO and Board Director. Kate was our CFO for three years from 2017 before moving to the Board for another 4 years. She played a critical role in setting up our finance practice, improving our ways of working and governance, all while leading with a people focused approach.

The Impact Award recognises a RUSH employee who embodies our core values and goes above and beyond to drive positive impact, through innovative projects, transformative initiatives, and acts of kindness that inspire others. The Impact Award now stands alongside the Godfather Award at our annual RUSH Awards ceremony, symbolising our commitment to honouring excellence and dedication in all its forms.

The 2024 Impact Award went to Rosie Alldridge, Product Researcher, who exemplifies the essence of the Impact Award through her unwavering dedication, exceptional talent, and humble leadership. Despite the challenging nature of her job, Rosie remains resilient, continuously improving herself and those around her. Her contributions extend beyond the Product space, impacting the culture of the team through her involvement with the Culture Cadets, all while maintaining a genuine and positive attitude. Rosie is recognised as one of the most dedicated, talented, hard-working, and humble individuals at RUSH. Her commitment to project success and team wellbeing is unparalleled.
